ALL pages must be included to complete your Grant Application.Please note that the Reference Letter information is included in the Grant Application form AND as individual files. You only need to submit one agency reference letter and two general letters of reference. They are listed here separately for your convenience.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION:
Grants will only be given to families working with Accredited Adoption Agencies in the United States who have been matched with a child.
Funds are distributed directly to the Adoption Agency, not to the applicants, nor to attorneys.
We do not reimburse for fees/expenses that have already been paid.
